Great product and outstanding customer support that stands behind their product!!

I've had my Tumbler sharpener for over a year and have been very happy with how it works. I'm able to keep my knives sharp for any work I need to do with them. I noticed my Tumbler roller started to bind or drag when using it, and I contacted customer support and asked them how to fix it. Eric, one of the Customer Happiness Managers reached out to me and after asking a few questions, let me know they would be sending me a new one. It arrived today and works perfectly. I definitely recommend this sharpener for quick touch ups and even restoring older blades, (it took a bit of time, but worked perfectly). I especially appreciate the customer support and their assistance.
